A little bit about me...
Real estate has always been more than buying and selling homes to me — it’s about helping people make important life decisions with confidence and clarity. Before becoming a full-time Realtor, I spent 17 years as an engineer leading projects and solving complex problems. That experience taught me how to think strategically, pay attention to the details, and create systems that help people achieve better outcomes. Today, I bring that same mindset into real estate.
As a Colorado native, longtime Castle Rock resident, husband, and dad of four, I understand that a move often represents much more than a change of address. It can mean creating more space for a growing family, starting a new chapter, moving closer to loved ones, or making a financial investment in your future. I believe real estate should be purposeful and reflect the significant milestones it represents in your life.
My approach combines data, strategy, and modern marketing with genuine relationships and service. I focus on helping clients understand the bigger picture so they can make decisions that support both their immediate needs and long-term goals. Whether it's analyzing a home's investment potential, creating a marketing strategy designed to help sellers stand out, or helping buyers find the right fit for their lifestyle, my goal is simple: to help people move forward with less stress and greater confidence.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my wife and kids, hiking, skiing, building LEGO sets, playing board games, or serving in the community. I love helping people, building relationships, and being a trusted resource long after the transaction is complete.
